To Myself & Sisters Out There.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah..

Bismillahirahmannirrahim.. Jumu'ah mubarakah dear reader(s). A second Friday of 2013, may Allah bless us all. Aamiin.. By the way, I've found that this is a good thing to be shared with all my lovely Muslimah sisters out there. In Sha Allahu Taala. ;) This is as a reminder to I myself and to all of you sisters out there. I really hope that the pieces of advice from the picture could be very helpful for us. :D

Dear niqabis sisters, when we decided to put niqab as a part of our clothes, it means that we are heading to a better way as a Muslimah. The niqab that we wear also taking us a step closer towards the blessing of Allah. In Sha Allah. ^^ The piece of cloth in our face is not just a piece of cloth but it is more than that. Even for the non niqabis sisters, wearing hijab which is compulsory as you are holding a title as Muslimah, bring more shines and blessings of Allah which can lead to a more meaningful life.

Hijab and niqab, a protection for our aurah bring us to higher level in the ladder of society. This shows that the Muslimah that are following Allah's order is really precious at the eyes of our religion. Our modesty in dressing up should be the good example for other women that are not practicing the teachings of Islam. However, our attitude and personality must be also in line with our modesty. We should show the good example to others and besides that, always maintain the good name of Islam in the eyes of other religions.

"O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember." - (QS Al-A'raf 7:26)
"And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their head-covers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed." - (QS An-Nur 24:31)
"O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." - (QS Al-Ahzab 33:59)

This hijab, this mark of piety, is an act of faith, a symbol, for all the world to see..
(a lyrics from the song 'The Veil' by Dawud Wharnsby Ali)

Wallahu'alam.. Wassalam with ♥~
